HAYLEY WILLS

The work of Brisbane-based artist Hayley Wills has proved extremely popular with Hummingbird customers. When not kept busy with her three young children, Hayley is in her studio working on her beautiful botanical and abstract pieces. The paintings have a slight mid-century flavour and always combine the most unexpected colours together to great success. Although Hayley has been painting her whole life, she only started selling her pieces a year ago. She says, "I'm inspired by local plants, trees and flowers. My abstract palette knife designs are inspired by old buildings and the life that is still in them." The majority of Hayley's paintings is on display and available for sale at Hummingbird Paddington.
