Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping
Most items are shipped within 24 hours of ordering - usually much sooner - via Parcel Post. You will receive a Parcel Post shipping number so you can track your order online. 
Hummingbird The Shop charges a flat fee of $9.95 for postage for all orders within Australia. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.
Please make use of our notes section to indicate if you require signature on delivery or any other delivery instructions.
Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note that some styles, sizes or colours may not be available at the time of dispatch. If an item is not available, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed.



Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases
Should your item not fit or not be suitable, return it to us within seven days of receiving your item to receive a full refund. Items must be returned via Australia Post, the cost of which is the customer's. Please note: For all refunds we retain a $15 Postage and Processing fee.
Items must be returned within seven days of receipt, and be in 'as new' condition with all tags attached. 
If an item is received in faulty condition, it may be returned to Hummingbird The Shop via Express Post, including the postage receipt for a full refund. 
Customers wishing to exchange an item should make contact with Hummingbird The Shop via email, telephone or in store to have the new item placed on hold.
The sale of reduced items is final and no exchanges or refunds will be issued.
In any event, Hummingbird The Shop must be in receipt of returned good within 14 days of the initial order. Hummingbird The Shop is not responsible for lost returns.

Returns and Exchanges for Instore Purchases
We happily exchange purchased items if returned within seven days of the purchase date. Goods must be in as new condition with original tags attached and the original receipt. We do not offer refunds in the case that you have had a change of mind about the product. Please make use of our fitting rooms to ensure clothing is suitable before purchasing. Please also note that due to health regulations we are unable to exchange pierced earrings.
