Shipping

We endeavour to ship your items within 12 hours of ordering. Your items will be sent via Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided so you can track your order online.

Hummingbird The Shop charges a flat fee of $9.95 for Parcel Post postage for all orders within Australia. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.
Please make use of our notes section to indicate if you require signature on delivery or any other delivery instructions. If you require Express Post, please select this option at the checkout. Express Postage for orders under $100 is $14.95. Express Post for orders over $100 is $4.95.

    Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please note that some styles, sizes or colours may not be available at the time of dispatch. If an item is not available, you will be contacted to determine how you would like to proceed.


    Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed in transit parcels.

    Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases

    Should your item not fit or not be suitable, please contact us via phone or email so we know of your intention to return your order. Please note that items must be returned to us in ‘as new’ condition, with all tags attached and within seven days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund. For all refunds we retain a $9.95 Postage and Processing fee. Please return your item with a tracking number or signature on delivery as Hummingbird The Shop will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please note the return postage costs are at the customers expense.
    Please also note that due to health regulations we are unable to exchange pierced earrings.
    If you receive an item in faulty condition, it may be returned to us, including the postage receipt for a full refund of the item and return postage costs.
    The sale of reduced items is final and no exchanges or refunds will be issued.

    Returns and Exchanges for Instore Purchases

    We happily exchange purchased items if returned within seven days of the purchase date. Goods must be in as new condition with original tags attached and the original receipt. We do not offer refunds in the case that you have had a change of mind about the product. Please make use of our fitting rooms to ensure clothing is suitable before purchasing. Please also note that due to health regulations we are unable to exchange pierced
